Warrnambool Repair Café is a free community event to repair, reuse and renew household items such as bicycles, clothing, garden tools, toys, furniture or you tell us. Repair Café events are held on the first Saturday of the month at alternating locations in Warrnambool such as West Warrnambool Neighbourhood House and Archie Graham Community Centre.
Examples of repairs and fixing you can book for each category are: Clothing e.g. hemming, slight alterations Jewellery: e.g. broken clasp, shorten chain, missing link Household items: including mechanical (non electrical): e.g. mower, sprinkler, bikes: e.g. wonky wheel, screeching brakes, puncture. Wooden items: e.g. furniture that need fixing or gluing, Testing and Tagging of portable electrical items 3D printing of broken or missing parts General IT support (Windows, MacOS, Linux) Knife & secateur sharpening.
Other: if you can carry it in the door our repairers are always up for a challenge
