Our vision is for a region where people can live well, communities are supported, and economies thrive — with water playing a vital role in everyday life. From the South Australian border to the Otways, and from the Grampians to the coast, we support more than 30 communities across South West Victoria. We provide safe drinking water from source to tap and manage sewage services that protect public health and wellbeing. We work alongside our community, Traditional Owners and regional partners to improve liveability, create opportunities and protect the environment for future generations. Our Ripple Effect Grants Program supports community-based, not-for-profit organisations across our region. The program funds projects that deliver positive local outcomes and provide strong value for money. Community groups can also apply for merchandise to support local events and initiatives. Through our Thirst Aid Program, we provide portable water refill stations, dispensers, recyclable paper cups and a water trailer for eligible community events, offering a free and sustainable alternative to bottled water.
