The Settlement Engagement and Transition Support (SETS) program provides support to new arrivals to Australia. SETS services are situated at South West Healthcare - Community Health and provides support to migrants and other selected visa entrants. The service includes casework, referrals, information sessions and support groups. Support is given to new arrivals who require assistance to develop their capacity to organise, plan and advocate for local services to meet their own individual needs.
