Our service aims to deliver a coordinated service to people who are homeless or threatened with homelessness. It aims to prevent homelessness by providing accommodation assistance advice and referrals for additional support. Assistance will vary depending on individual circumstances. Our service provides an Initial Assessment and Planning service for people aged 25 years and over.
