Warrnambool Tooram is the amalgamation of many of the original Scouting Groups in Warrnambool - and is proud to build on and continue the outstanding achievement of over 100 years of Scouting being delivered to the Warrnambool community. Joeys and Cubs venture out on their Scouting fun from the historically significant Lyndoch Hall (located on the corner of Timor and Banyan Streets), while the Scouts and Venturers hone their skills and set out for broader horizons from the Tooram hall, located on the banks of the Hopkins River (right next to Lyndoch Aged care complex). Activities include canoeing, caving, camping challenges with other groups around the state, Jamboree on the Trail, Jamboree on the Internet and Jamboree on the Air, community service, environmental and multicultural events, ANZAC Day and Australia Day support, international community service adventures, plus a whole lot more! Families and their children are welcome to come along and have a look at Scouting in action. Scouting is available for children and youth from 6 - 26 and any adult that would enjoy volunteering to make these adventures come true.
