The Warrnambool Petanque Group meets each Thursday at 2pm for a friendly social game at our piste on Pertobe Road. New players are welcome, boules are provided and "newbies" are teamed with experienced players to learn the game and its simple rules. It is great fun, and it is FREE. Petanque is a simple game for all ages that does not require any particular fitness level, athletic ability or expensive sporting equipment. A set of recreational boules may be purchased for a modest outlay of around $30.
