Ralph Illidge Sanctuary is a beautiful forested area of indigenous vegetation gifted to the people of Victoria by Ralph Illidge. Trust for Nature now owns the property and a local Friends' Group manages it. They have bought the Extension which is partially restored farmland. There is a COM that performs all the usual duties of running meetings, recording Minutes and managing finances and publicity. Committee Members and other group members also undertake maintenance task such as keeping paths clear and removing weeds.
