PILATES is a physical and mental conditioning, that can enhance your physical strength, core strength, flexibility & co-ordination, as well as reduce stress, improve mental focus and foster an improved sense of well-being.
BARRE is a fusion of Pilates, Ballet & Cardio. It is a challenging workout designed to achieve a toned, lean, supple, fit & balanced body. Using the ballet barre, resistance bands, weights & other equipment. A fun filled total body workout.
