The RSL is committed to assisting the Veteran Community.
Warrnambool RSL Sub Branch have volunteer Pension Officers, Welfare Officers and Appeals officers and collectors, Hospital and aged care visitors, meals deliverers and bus drivers.
The Committee of Management is voluntary and always looking for people who can contribute to the management of the club.
Exciting times are ahead with a $3million renovation planned. The building will then be able to cater major functions like weddings.
It will have a community and welfare hub specific to community assistance with a community meeting room and private interview areas.
Every Wednesday the Shipwreck Day club meet and are excited about larger meeting areas where they can accommodate more members. Other groups also regularly meet at RSL. The new meeting room will become more attractive to other groups.
Therefore what is already a great place to meet, greet have a social drink and dine will become even better.
