The Art of Living Foundation promotes mindfulness and breathing techniques to help people live in the present moment and cultivate human values like compassion, friendliness and happiness. Our courses and service projects have been shared in over 150 countries around the world and benefited all sections of society from veterans with PTSD, to prisoners, youth in schools and the general public. Our programs enable people to manage their minds and increase their energy levels. With a clear mind and plenty of energy, life is a celebration and we are able to naturally connect with and care for ourselves and others in a meaningful way.

In South West Victoria we are now offering our Happiness Program. A three session workshop that gives participants a chance to let go of stresses and mental and emotional blocks using simple and powerful yogic breathing techniques. This course is recognised around the world as a method of improving health and happiness and we are so happy it is now available in the South West region.
