Country Women's Association of Vic Inc South Western Group

Overview

Beginning in 1931 and continuing, the Warrnambool Branch of South Western Victoria of the Country Women's Association of Victoria have been giving service to the community and service to our country.

We have given of our time, talents over the past 85 years and are still going strong today. Our values in life are personified by the aims of the Association and consolidate the great bond which exists throughout the Movement, not only on a State Level, but throughout the whole of Australia.

We support many worthwhile charities and rent out our club rooms. We cater for activities as requested. and have a partnership with the newly formed night Owl branch -also held in our hall.

Women of all ages and abilities are invited to join us and to assist and support schemes benefiting our community.

We encourage and work for international understanding through the Association of Country Women of the World.

We co-operate or affiliate with any other Association having similar objects, and take an interest in the workings of Local, State and Federal Governments.
