The Salvation Army Portland is a small church with a big heart. We meet each Sunday at 10:30 for a time of fellowship with a mix of old and new, however the one we worship remains the same. All are welcome.

The Portland Thrift Shop is a large store located at 33-35 Tyers Street Portland. We thank the community for their strong support. The store is open Monday to Friday 9:30 to 4:00 and Saturday 9:30 to 12 noon.
The salvation Army Portland offers emergancy relief welfare from its Henty Street building Monday to Friday afternoons by appointment; Phone 55233749.
Volunteer opportuntities exist mainly through our Thrift Shop. Sorting and pricing of goods. Customer service. Arranging and tidying of racks.
Red Shield Appeal - End of May each year. Sunday Church Service 10:30 am weekly.
