Warrnambool Girl Guides

Overview

Girl Guides is an international youth organisation offering girls a fun, varied program. It offers the opportunity to learn new skills, for service to the community and for outdoor activities.
Guide offers leadership opportunities and the chance to participate in fun statewide activities and then to go to interstate and international gatherings
Girls may join Guides from 5 years. Warrnambool has junior and senior groups. The older girls (14 years plus) work together to plan activities.
The Guides take part in Clean up Australia, in ANZAC parades, have a sleep-over at the hall and have a yearly camp. There will be an international Day in Warrnambool in October with Guides attending from Geelong, Hamilton and Portland.
